One of our most popular floor plans, 881 East Everly Street is a spacious one-bedroom ideally located just off of University Avenue in Evansdale. It is within easy walking distance to all buildings on the WVU Evansdale campus as well as the WVU Health Science Center. It has an entry hall so guests don't walk straight into your apartment, a large walk-in closet in the bedroom as well as a hall closet for coat storage. These units rent for $650 per month and include heat, water, and garbage. The tenant pays for the electricity, cable, and internet. They also have coin-operated laundry facilities in the building. They require a $400 deposit and we do not allow pets.
